They're all here: Ayn Rand, Milton Friedman, Alan Greenspan, Rand Paul, Ron Paul, Neal Boortz, Alex Jones, Glenn Beck, John Stossel--the whole motley crew. With some help from Mike Wallace, Maria Ouspenskaya, Ed Schultz, Rachel Maddow, Bill Maher, Keith Olbermann, Cenk Uygur, Congressman Henry Waxman and Mike Malloy.
Note: This is not an objective analysis of these two ideologies. It's a subjective work of propaganda aimed at Americans undecided about the legitimacy of right-wing "libertarianism," (ie., anarcho-capitalism).
I'm aware that anarchist/libertarian socialism, or communism, and anarcho-capitalism aren't the only forms of anarchism. On the political left there's also anarchist collectivism, individualism, socialism, mutualism, syndicalism, pacifism, council communism, etc.
I stand by my statement that Ayn Rand was a sociopath. My mention of her rapid eye movement was only humor. She may have had a simple vision problem.
As far as left libertarian successes go, there's the Paris Commune of 1871, the Free Territory of Ukraine, 1919-1921, anarchist Catalonia and other provinces in Spain in 1936. And to a lesser extent, Yugoslavia under Tito and the brief Hungarian revolution against the Soviet Union. All of these anarchist experiments were destroyed by either Western liberal or fascist reactionary forces, or the Soviet Union, or by both. Today there are semi-socialist experiments like Mondragon in Spain which consists of over 250 federated companies, worker owned and managed. Ane there are also other smaller workers' cooperatives and federations around the world.

Nick Auvache speaking during a recent visit to Brighton about the movement of the Indignados in Spain. The 15th May movement in Spain was, after Egypt's Tahrir square, the first mass occupy movement in the world. Nick explains a little about that campaign and the situation in Spain at the present time.

http://bit.ly/storyofbroke — The United States isn't broke; we're the richest country on the planet and a country in which the richest among us are doing exceptionally well. But the truth is, our economy is broken, producing more pollution, greenhouse gasses and garbage than any other country. In these and so many other ways, it just isn't working. But rather than invest in something better, we continue to keep this 'dinosaur economy' on life support with hundreds of billions of dollars of our tax money. The Story of Broke calls for a shift in government spending toward investments in clean, green solutions—renewable energy, safer chemicals and materials, zero waste and more—that can deliver jobs AND a healthier environment. It's time to rebuild the American Dream; but this time, let's build it better.

Story of Stuff, Full Version; How Things Work, About Stuff
From its extraction through sale, use and disposal, all the stuff in our lives affects communities at home and abroad, yet most of this is hidden from view. The Story of Stuff is a 20-minute, fast-paced, fact-filled look at the underside of our production and consumption patterns. The Story of Stuff exposes the connections between a huge number of environmental and social issues, and calls us together to create a more sustainable and just world. It'll teach you something, it'll make you laugh, and it just may change the way you look at all the stuff in your life forever.
