@alainayala It is the mark that Nikki Sixx wears under his eyes. He did it the first time to cover up from a beating he got for smart mouthing some undercover cops and he just kept the look. It became a trademark of Nikki Sixx and they used it very cool like in the video.

@taypar11 Good catch. The reason they do this is wet streets look so much cleaner and crisper in film and they drown out the dullness. It's an effect that's been used forever in film making.
