sai perchè è come dico io? perchè sennò nun se spiega come fanno quelli che fanno POWER LIFTHING a pesare 70 kg e alzare 150 kg di piana. L'allenamento conta una cifra è ovvio, ed è pur vero che quelli fanno solo 3-4 esercizi e basta però arzano er doppio de quanto pesano.
