pretty sweet oatmeal. about 4 servings with 5 dates in each, plus the honey. i'd use either dates or honey. but still much better than sugary cereal that's been stripped of it's nutrients.

someone may have said this already but just in case, don't include pits in your drink. seeds are usually ok, but some, (apple), have small amts of cyanide in them. pits are a different story. many have cyanide and other toxins in them. seeds, go for it. pits, or stones, chuck them. happy blending.

nice setup but i think the crock pot is kind of a waste of energy. just keep the medium moist and that's all the water plants need. micro greens are tasty aren't they. if you haven't bought one yet, get an easy sprout. best $12 i've ever spent. they will sprout anything!
