I know it's been a while, but I just moved to an entirely new part of the country. Getting set up in a new place has kept me out of training again for a few months, so I am dieting now and will be back in the gym soon.
Until I get the next video up, I wanted to check with you and see if you saw Facing Goliath. The film about the guy I helped transform who was 50, going blind, and had never been in shape.
