I would describe myself as a Sunni Muslim, belonging to the majority(siwad el a3zam) of the Prophet Muhammad(pbuh)'s nation, a follower of Imams Ashari and Maturidi in aqeedah/doctrine, an ascriber to the Maliki/Madinian school in Fiqh/jurisprudence, and an admirer of traditional sunni tasawuff, in all of its branches( Naqshabandi, Qadiri, Shadhili, muhammadi/ khidri(as)/ idrisi, rifa3i etc.)whose chains of teachers either go back to Khidr(as) or to Abu Bakr(ra) or Ali ibn Abi Talib(ra),who all then finish/go to the Prophet(saws).
