Took 35yrs to gain, took one year to lose. HYPO-GONADISM, low testosterone, took one year to figure it all out, where everything was going, the right Dr., etc. on testosterone replacement therapy now. Took me 4 months, minimal gym time, and now look better built than ever.

Nice bag work! Where's the gym? That's only the second bag set-up I've ever seen with a body combo. Good form, good speed, good cardio, hand eye is great...nice video. Even getting a two to three cycle combo at that speed is tough. Tight work!
