God's perfect will is that no one dies; in other words, Elohim (God's plural name in Hebrew) created man with everlasting life, to have fellowship with Him—to worship & glorify His holy Name—'coz that's when man derives his greatest pleasures. And when man does that, it also gives God the greatest joy (Ps16:11 Rev4:11 Isa43:7). [Do you want real joy in your life?]

God is ultimately not willing that anyone be excluded from Him forever--Hell. He created man to have eternal life, provided he respected His sovereignty. [He put man in the Garden of Eden, in the middle of which was the tree of life, and the tree of knowledge of good & evil (the tree which He ordered man not to eat of its fruit). Thus, freedom of choice was given right fr the start of man's existence; otherwise, we would have become robots. But God did not want a relationship with robots. He formed man in His own image to willingly come to Him to obey Him so as to share everlasting bliss with Him.] But Eve—having been tempted by Satan, who acted thru' a serpent—ate the forbidden fruit & then gave it to Adam—& so sin entered the world, thus breaking the beautiful fellowship that existed between Maker & man.

God is holy (He cannot co-exist with sinful man), & He is just (He must deal with sin). To exercise His justice, He had to punish man for sin—He sentenced man to eternal death (separation from the Holy God). Man's spirit died the moment he sinned; he lost his eternal life (Rom3:23,6:23). Ever since then, the world has seen grave sins being committed by man—including man's inhumanity against his fellow beings.

However, man's desire thru'out the ages has been to seek to fill the "vacuum" that was left in his heart after God forsook him—this he did thru philosophies, good deeds, religions, & so on. But sinful man can never find the holy God or everlasting life by his own efforts. "There is NONE righteous, no not even one." Rom3:10 That's the bad news!

God, however, still loved His rebellious children. So in order to show His love for mankind, Christ the only begotten Son of God willingly came to die for our sin (Rom5:8). (Jesus Christ, the Word—Logos—was not created but existed with God the Father right fr the very beginning—Phil 2:3-11 Jn 1 Gen 1:1-27. God took on the form of man for this purpose—to redeem us). Thru' the essential shedding of blood of the sinless Son of Man (Jesus Christ) at the cross of Calvary—the only way to satisfy God's holiness & justice—we are justified. This was the only way to quench God's wrath, for without the shedding of Jesus' blood, there is no remission or forgiveness of sin (Heb9:22 Eph1:7,8). Jesus did hang on the cross; God raised Him from the dead on the third day—conquering the Devil, sin & death once & for all -1Cor15:3-6,55.

To solve the sin problem of the world (hatred, lies,..& the list goes on.) & to be free from the curse of the Law, we have to accept the efficacy of Jesus' blood sacrifice by believing in Him, & only then can we be saved (Jn14:6 Acts4:12 Rom3:24). It's all by God's grace, not by our works or righteousness or good character that we are saved -Eph2:8-9. But repentance from sin is vital.

Our righteousness is like dirty rags—Isa64:4-9. God made Christ to be sin for us (paid the priceless penalty for our sin), so that thru that amazing act of grace, we, as believers in Christ, become the righteousness of God (2Cor5:11-21), & so fellowship with God is restored -1Jn1:1-9.

To believe in Christ is to receive Him, to rely on, or place confidence in & entrust our lives to, Him. Only then will God fulfill His promises to 1) make us His children, 2) give us His salvation when we declare He is Lord (Rom10:17), & 3) lead us to more abundant living (Jn10:10). We receive a new birth (Jn3:1-8,1:9-13). Thru Jesus' resurrection life in us believers, there's future, hope, & strength for daily living. This is GOOD News!

Suggest you honestly talk to God:
"Lord Jesus, You came that I might have life & have it more abundantly. You died on the cross, & rose on the 3rd day. I will follow You. Pl. forgive my sins & come into my life to be my Savior, Master & Friend. Thank You for eternal life (1Jn 5:11-15)."
