lol bryanharricharan u might be right better milage but when u have a 5.9 V8 with flowmaster exhaust it makes the girls heads turn lol what does a 4.0 V6 do lol nothing

Haha,come on now guys you know i love my durango. Its been with my family since we bought it brand new in 2002. I dont think I'll let it go because someone talks about bad gas miles.

bryanharricharan you are full of shit, I had an explorer and now have a durango. That POS couldn't do squat other than leave me wondering if I was goin to get home or not. It got worse milage than my 5.9l D (same with another explorer that belongs to a friend) and felt like it was going to tip over every time I was off-road. It couldn't go through half the stuff the D can, not to mention I can tow something now, like 9000lbs (yes that exceeds the tow rating but is very do-able).

yea i had a durango 5.9 the only reason why i sold it was because of gas mileage. now i have a 4.0 ohv explorer good on gas it get 23 mpg.

How many mpg you get on your durango? you like it?

I think Ford Explorer are much better suv my opinion .
