Yes i am quite aware that i am a plus size dancer and don't need negative comments. I am a 46 year old woman with a 2 year old child, and i also have serious spinal damage and other health issues i wont go into. So the fact that i am constantly dancing is both a miracle and a joyful thing in my life.

I found belly dancing after i already had serious spinal damage and it has helped me to build my core strength and get off pain relief (most of the time).
It has also helped me to give birth to a beautiful baby girl. So i LOVE belly dancing.

Belly dancing is for EVERYONE no matter what their age, shape, size etc
Life is meant to be lived and enjoyed and music and dance are a big part of that.
