Imageworks, the Art, Architecture & Engineering Library Visual Resources Center is a public service unit of the University Library system. Imageworks is located on the 2nd floor of the Art, Architeture & Engineering Library. The collection consists of approximately 110,000 35mm slides, approx. 2,000 videos and dvds, and numerous blueprints and maps. In addition, there are several thousand digital images available from our Corel cd collection. The collection isn't limited to slides and videos; part of its function is to aid students and faculty in research that requires images and multimedia.
Here you will find tutorial videos explaining how to use some of the collection's offerings. However, you will also find valuable resources within the subscriptions. Institutions and museums host videos of lectures and performances while databases such as ARTstor host tutorial materials.
Please browse and view not only Imageworks videos but also those we've found useful. As always, if you need help finding an image, please feel free to reference Imageworks blog or contact the staff.
