I just threw my blu-ray in and you're right. The "Marty, you made it!" is different but it is synced with the lip movement perhaps the clip in the Siskel and Ebert review was just a review copy that was pre-final cut of the film? I dunno.

The funny thing about them letting him sing this on the show is once you hear him killing it with this song you immediately realize just how amateur hour the show's contestants are.
