@sovereignphil0013 The line was changed for the single to make it more commercially friendly. I agree, though, I prefer the original line. (By the way, the audio sounds live, not like the CD version. Does anyone know why that is? Is it deliberate for the video, which uses live performances?)

Amazing thing about the pitch was that South Australia ended up making 5/589 on it. So it can't have been THAT bad, though this vision suggests otherwise.

@bluejay55118 I think you're confusing it with Silver Springs (which, funnily enough, has the lyric "I don't want to know"). I Don't Want To Know was on Rumours but was never released as a single - should have been, though!

Although I love "Little Lies", it isn't really a "get up and dance" sort of song. That said, I admire the work that's gone into making this dance mix. If nothing else it's very creative, especially Stevie's finishing solo. The video isn't fantastic, though, mostly just re-hashes the original.

This song epitomises the difference between his 80s rock records and his more recent music... he doesn't rock out like he did in those days and his songs are more radio-friendly, but on the other hand the lyrics are a lot more thoughtful. At over 6 minutes long I can see how time constraints played into it, plus there are no backing vocals from Lindsey or Christine which makes it sound more like a solo recording, which may have played into Mick's and Lindsey's deci...

@bryt12693 It isn't just romantic tension, Lindsey and Stevie are singers and performers of the highest degree - get them on stage together and fireworks will happen! I agree, we'll never see music like this again - sad to say.

It's a 2000s song that sounds more like something from the 90s. Great song.

I prefer the live version from "Under One Roof", which is more of a ballad version... seems to suit it better. All the same, great song.

Jef Scott was also in the group. He was the bearded guy who sang the first verse, and he actually sang lead on most of the album tracks. I was surprised to find this out, he never got the same solo success that James and Daryl (only one "r'!) did.
