**The Ocean Dub and the FUNi Dub are two completely different english versions from Dragon Ball Z. The FUNimation version includes a lot of soundtracks from 'Bruce Faulconer' which attracts a lot of enjoyment for FUNi DBZ fans, the FUNi dub is the continued version of Ocean dub back in 1998 till now. Ocean Studios returned in 2000-2001 for the outraged TV fans which weren't beloved by the FUNi dub of DBZ. So the 'International' version was aired on TV in Canada (were the studio is located) the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium, Finland, Rep. of Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and some other countries in Europe. Ocean dub has soundtracks recycled from Megaman, Monster Rancher and other old animes to give the version a nostalgic feeling of its way.
Many dubwars are active on the internet especially here on Youtube, there is no need to bash a version of its talent that you arent used to. Just 'ignore or respect' is my advise.
Without Ocean Studios' voice actors in 1996-1998 DBZ would never had been this popular worldwide for the english fans. FUNimation continued with their fame as talented voice actors hired by SABAN which is cause of problems between Ocean and FUNifans. But things happen nowadays... :/
***FACTS:
FUNimation owns the rights for the North American DBZ episodes/movies including the Ocean dubbed Saiyan and Namek saga.
The AB Groupe and an EU Company partnership own the rights of DBZ Ocean Studios dub (TV version) from episode 108-276.
All rights reserved to TOEI Animation CO.,Ltd
****I upload videos for fan-purposes not for OWNING money nor popularity. DBZ Ocean dub is very rare, so it should have a decent chance to be explored worldwide. FUNimation is the actual infamous DBZ English version, which is also filled up here on Youtube, so I think Ocean Studios's DBZ dub should have an open chance to be online recognized by its fans. :3
Hopefully you'll understand TOEI.
