PERSONAL OPINION
This is so amazing. I love the gospel feel of it with the "Ohh, Ahhs" and the vocals. Vanessa has done an awesome job of this. One of my favourites on the album.

yo lil man, i saw your comment on the push up video and i got an answer...
im 17 and i do a MMA its UFC but at a smaller class...
i used to to push ups and weight lift wen i was 13...
you can do anything you want, especially pushups...
just dont get into squating ( weights to work on with your legs)
but still just do home work outs like pushups, dips, and crunches and even pullups till your 16, thats when you can start lifting

ay doing pushups will not stunt your growth. lifting heavy weights will but not push ups. i am too 13 and i did 100 push ups a day frm 12 to 13 and in that time period i went frm 4'9" to 5'7" so dnt worry about it.
