1. Spiritual Dance. If you read the info in the boxes - I believe you can teach yourself the art of Spiritual Dance. May be you already Dance. If you open your mind without judgement, perhaps your subconscious will inhale some of my bravery in authentically revealing yourself. If you feel like it's already too late for you to change your body - may be you can allow your field to absorb some information for your future reincarnations or for the sake of your children and those close to you.
2. Singing. I am choosing to encourage you to feel your voice and have a personal relationship with it. Your voice is the ETHER element, also known as The FIFTH Element. Using your voice is how you empower yourself and command your life BECOMING. Also, Energetically your voice is partnered up with your sex. This is the Blue/Orange colour dance in your aura.
3. Laughing is a spiritual relaxation - says Bahai Faith. I recommend searching Laughter Clubs in India. Also, laughter is a great expression of vibrant sexual energy. You could tell I've been celibate for a while - I don't laugh much. Sigh. I have one laughing video that is "open for public viewing" now.
4. Telling stories. I was impressed when I followed my intuition and checked out the word SATORI in Japanese.
Satori is Enlightenment. Perhaps, telling your Story can take you to Satori.
