I grew up mostly in South Africa and Canada, and have been dancing most my life.

Because I get bored easily, most of my choreography tends to be a little more advanced.

I am also very big on isolations, contractions and use a lot of movements that promote flexibility and strength in the core area.
After all, the looser you are in that area, the better you can shake it!!
