@xDemonfire Umm... Keyes barely makes it on board if you watch the video sequence, The MAC gun part is supposed to be "quick" so by the time you shoot down the Cruiser, Keyes is just getting on board and gives the cast off order, they need to get off planet and can't wait 10 minutes to bring alon...

@kltnblnd I would recommend not doing this, it merits a ban if Bungie notices, but your problem is that your Campaign scoring is probably off, turn it to team or free for all scoring and you will see points and medals awarded.

The Prophet of Truth (The one onboard the ship going through slipspace) killed the Prophet of Mercy, leaving only himself as ruler of the covenant...

They had a Caesarian Triumvirate thing going on until the Prophet of Truth performed this coup.
