Douche. But you wouldn't know what a "douche" is. You probably didn't even notice it. All you probably saw was the word "but" incorrectly placed as the first word of the sentence. BUT you probably wouldn't know that either.

I'd call you something else, but then I'd have to explain how you didn't understand those.
