I. Thou shall not make stupid ass Bieber jokes

II. Thou shall not comment about the like/dislike bar (saying its a lightsaber, saying its Justin Biebers dick, etc.)

III. Thou shall not combine decrees I and II, EVER

IV. Thou shall stay on subject when commenting

V. Thou shall not beg like a bitch for thumbs-up

VI. Thou shall not insert soviet Russia jokes

VII. Thou shall not comment "First" if thou are the first one to comment on a video

VIII. Thou shall check spelling and grammer of thy comment before posting it

IX. Thou shall not post comments about free psn/microsoft point cards on any videos

X. Thou shall not directly quote from the video

XI. Thou shall not combine decrees V and X, EVER

XII. Thou shall not call people "Kid" or say people are 12 or 13 years old in comments if they have no evidence to back this up

XIII. Thou shall not comment "Microwave (or blend) Justin Bieber" on jpizzle1122 or Blendtec's videos about microwaving or blending things

XIV. Thou shall not combine all of these things in a "How to get thumbs up on Youtube" Comment

XV. Thou shall not bitch about vevo, no more 5 star rating, ads, etc.

XVI. Thou shall not say thumbs up if you're watching this in 2011 (2012 now) comments

XVII. Thou shall not point out that the second to last second of all videos does not appear

XVIII. Thou shall not say "Thumbs up if (Insert Username or Video name here) brought you here

XIX. Thou shall spread the decrees, or face a lifetime of Justin Bieber spam comments and male enhancement ads and propaganda
