This isn't Biafra's national anthem. This is "All Hail Biafra", a patriotic anthem. The national anthem of Biafra is "Land of the Rising Sun".

Pretty fine piece. The vocals suck, as also you yourself seem to know :D Lyrics are also pretty repetitive, but that's normal for new and unexperienced bands, i guess.
The thrash-part from 3:30 is good, but seems irrelevant to this song. You should make a totally different song based on it!
