And you mistranslated "rorqual". A rorqual is simply any member of the family Balaenopteridae, whereas the "finback whale" is a common name relegated to a certain species, Balaenoptera physalus.

That's ice bobbing up to the surface. And, no. Belugas don't occur in or even near the Antarctic. They only occur in Arctic, sub-arctic, and cold temperate regions of the Northern Hemisphere.

About Ziphiid21's channel
That's a humpback (Megaptera novaeangliae). Note the two-part dorsal fin, robust body, and high roll when diving. Fins have a backswept dorsal fin, slender body, and a more shallow roll.
