uhm, did you notice him running not OUT of the city, but even deeper IN with a guard after him? I should also say that other guards will turn up from their headquarters there, and they kill the guy with one weak slash of their sword without mercy, lol.

You're lucky. Everytime I try to take on a dragon with only dual wielding swords, I get one-shotted 9 out of 10 times by the dragon. -_- Especially annoying whenever I suffer from the bow bug when my arrows only fly one feet further.
