Personally, I wouldnt focus so much on being an exact match for the voice as much as i'd try and match the attitude and sense of surreal cartooniness. 'I need some doggone help' nails it.

They really need to release more stuff! This band was fantastic. It sucks that there seemed to be so much drama, but I guess it's understandable. This looks really good! One major thing. The creatures? That sound effect is horrible. grating, annoying...I'm serious. This looks like a really awesome game and I love the music but if I had to hear that high pitched noise, i'd pass the game by.
