PRESS THIS BUTTON FOR INFO + LYRICS ~~~~~＞
I wrote these lyrics and arranged "The Place I'll Return to Someday" (Terra Theme by Nobuo Uematsu) for vocals, keyboards, guitar and drums. It took me two weeks, but I think it came out well. Tell me what you think! I would LOVE feedback of any sort, and please subscribe if you would like to see more. I will be recording more of these soon! ^0^
I have a copyright on the lyrics I wrote, and this vocal version of "a place to call home". I DO NOT, however, own the melody. Nobuo Uematsu gets all the kudos for writing such lovely melodies! ^0^

I wrote the lyrics to this beautiful theme from FF9 and worked very hard arranging this song for voice, harp, guitar, various drums, and recorder! I performed all the instrumental parts in the background and am doing all the vocals.

In the lyrics I used the term Rose of May as a metaphor for innocence. Even the great General Beatrix was once an innocent child who'd never seen the horrors of war. I really tried to put her character into the lyrics; her blind loyalty and sense of duty, her guilt over the many deaths she caused in the name of fealty,
and her eventual love for Steiner. ^_^
I hope I succeeded? o_o
