Well...I have the platinum(sp?) 9 version of Sony Vegas and its pretty cool. HDs just means rendering in higher quality and any larger package means that they have more effects and "free stuff"' like Audio Forge in them. I really can't say though ^^' I'm still working with version 9 sorry.... Maybe I can look it up for you can their site. (If you want me to.)
