@Makertraper that is Ripclaw Strike, a skill that can add anywhere from 3 to 5 runes (combo points) on a target.

I remember playing this build in Beta 5... it was fun -- didn't care that Tyranny was not the PBAoE it is now so I hardly used it then. This was also when Obliterate wasn't on the 1 min CD it has now so it made Inq/Cab/Puri a pretty decent and very fun build.

The Machine Room just creeped me out with the sounds of "The Shadow" lying in wait -- (those weird slithering, sighing, groaning sounds that you can hear when she's in the first part of the Machine Room) -- it's still creeping me out slightly even long after I got past that. :(
