(you can use garchomp Smogon went way too far this time but i dont allow SD Chomp way too cheap any other chomp is fine. Latios w/o soul dew is fine and i allow the non uber deoxys speed i think it was)
-Absolutely NO D/C u may run if u want but i prefer to see the battle all the way through)
any of my rules are broken either i'll kick your ass harder than ever amd post the battle on youtuber with the name of my liking with yor name in parenthesis and some insulting commentary or i'll D/C whenever i feel like it.
