Arrangements are complete for an indefinite series of community meetings across America on the topic of judicial oversight. Coordinating the effort is National Judicial Conduct and Disability Law Project, Inc. through its National Forum On Judicial Accountability or NFOJA. In addition to deterring judicial misconduct, NFOJAs proposed legislation would provide venues . . . for addressing related allegations that do not rely almost exclusively for effectiveness on judicial integrity and/or that of lawyers and/or public officials whose power and/or careers are controlled or substantially impacted by judges.
