Fine Young Cannibals - I'm Not The Man I Used To Be
Taken from their 1989 & former US #1 album "The Raw & The Cooked" this is UK outfit the "Fine Young Cannibals" with "I'm Not The Man I Used To Be"....
For sure not the man I used to be when that song was released in oh so many ways.
But still as good today as the day it was released and still hits that spot.

Rocky Horror Picture Show Deleted Scene
Deleted from the original film, this scene has Brad singing "Once in a While" after a romp in the hay with Frankenfurter.
Voice sounds very close to Elton John, ditto for the Piano play.

12 Girls Band - Whispering Earth
女子十二樂坊 - 大地輕聲
Composer for this song is Kitaro, a Japanese musician living in the USA.
He also did the soundtrack for the old Silk-Road documentary.
His music is mostly new-age and healing.

Nice cover of the song by Kitaro.

Great song, loved it since my youth when I heard it live.
Was surprised to hear it on the Soundtrack, didn't think James Last Orchestra and Georghe Zamfir were that well known outside Europe.

I have liked his stuff for decades. Not an easy Instrument to play by all means.
Also know that many say he grates, etc but like many artists he does covers as there are few songs written for their Instruments.
I also like Peruvian, etc music so this is down my line.

And yes, I socialised a LOT with my african co-workers and Soweto was a good hangout for us.
Forget the media it don't show the true picture.
Still love Johnny Clegg and great for his efforts, want to go back and show my son the areas I know and lived (Hillbrow, Cresta, etc).
