I believe in Balance in all things, that
Everything is connected (Karma) and every action has an affect & In meditation (Zen)for clarity of thought.

I am a 51 year old single man in Ohio.
What I have learned more than any other thing is there is a Natural Balance to all things.
For every Good and Evil.. For Every Smile, a Tear. I believe I have learned to be like the water that flows in a stream. Seeking the path of least resistance and yet always changing the path I take. This is my "Karma Zen". I believe everything you do in life effects the entire world, perhaps the universe as well. Every Breath you take, every time you eat, or sleep, or smile, or cry. It has an effect on EVERYTHING without exception. I decided early on to try my best to make my effect on the world a positive force. That I will leave behind a better place for those who live after I am gone. I am human, and that means like anyone else, I have my flaws. But I TRY to be a positive force.
