This is a collection of ideas that are seen by one man who has the mind and will to stand up and proclaim that this is not the Bastion of Freedom and Personal Responsibility that The State still likes to pretend it is and that so many blind followers still believe it is. Please, WAKE UP and look around you. Is this really Freedom or a hollow illusion that you can convince yourself is Freedom so long as you don't make trouble for The State?

Government is the disease - it is not and never will be the solution. Government is an entity that, once established, will continue to grow beyond whatever absurdly ineffective restrictions are placed on it and claim whatever power and control it desires.

Why do we keep complying with their baseless demands when we know it is not lawful, ethical or just? Because they have an army of enforcement officers that will murder you for not complying. This is the reason that, once disarmed, you can never again lie to yourself about being "Free". The State can and will do whatever it pleases without any fear of resistance.

The State is an institution built on a group of people claiming the legal right to initiate force. When you or I do it, it's called theft, kidnapping or murder. When The State does it, they call it Taxation, Law Enforcement and Justice.

No human being has a right to use force against another to get their way. Government is simply a group of people who have had certain powers delegated to them so that we may focus on other issues. How is it, then, that The Government claims legal authority to perform actions that we cannot and, therefore, could never have delegated to them?

Because there is no justification. It's a lie. Government is illegitimate down to its fundamental purpose. It is a constant threat and, worse yet, it is completely unnecessary. Human Beings can cooperate and thrive without a murderous thieving group lording over them at all times.

We are adults - not children. It's time to get past this idea that we need a parent figure to "protect our freedoms" because they have never truly existed for that purpose. They only steal, threaten and kill.

I grew up as a Neo-Con child, believing that Government was a good way to make sure people behaved themselves, that War was not murder but heroism and that the Police were not collection agents for the State but heroes who risked their lives to keep me safe.

Of course, that's all bullshit. The State exists on a fundamental notion that no other human being would ever logically agree to - They claim the legal and moral right to initiate force. No human being on this planet has that right or authority as it is immoral, unethical and, quite plainly, evil.

The State, however, has convinced people that somehow, from this wholly unethical beginning, they can create virtue.

I have grown and come to realize that using violence as a means of social organization, problem solving or teaching is the root of nearly every problem we see around us. Be it forced indoctrination camps called "Public Schools", the murder and theft machine called "Government, parents who use force to raise children - all these things corrupt individuals and keep them in fear and constantly seeking out a protector. The eternal parent figures of The State, who treat you exactly as many parents have treated their children while growing up, are there to come to the rescue and make you feel safe.

Of course, this too is bullshit. As if giving another human being a costume and a gun to enforce the whims of tiny despots in The State somehow makes a person a hero or has anything to do with the virtuous notion of protecting the weak. Sure, some of these enforcers may THINK that's what they're doing but I can think I'm a butterfly all day but that doesn't make wings grow out of my ass.

The Initiation of Violence, the fundamental concept behind ALL Government, is the problem. Once we can realize that and move on to a truly voluntary society where each persons individual and mutual self interests ensure peaceful cooperation, THEN we can experience Freedom. Until then, we will only have this hollow illusion of Freedom where my income is stolen from me at the point of a gun, where thousands upon thousands of tiny, bullshit statutes are constantly over my head as a means for The State to extract ever more money, where MILLIONS of people are murdered at the hands of State Enforcers who are then called heroes - this illusion of Freedom is killing our spirits. We know it but most of us are just too damn afraid to recognize and fight it.
