Felix Kusmanto is a young Indonesian who is pursuing further education in area of Psychology and working in Creative Beings Consultancy, a boutique consultancy firm based in Kuala Lumpur that helping organization solve their business challenges through highly specialized training and consultancy solutions.
He is also the person behind Indonesian Students Association at HELP University (PPI HUC), a leading student association that accommodates Indonesian students' inspirations and interest while at the same time promoting Indonesian culture to Malaysian and international communities.
Social Psychology, Industrial-organization, environment and cultural heritage have always be his interests and subjects.
Currently, through his articles in Kompasiana he is trying to regularly provide more ideas and encouragement for Indonesian population around the world (especially in Malaysia and Indonesia) to see Indonesia differently and positively. He believes on the daya (power) that relies on fellow Indonesian to make a change toward their own destiny and their country.
