.with GOOD THOUGH. no one explain any concept of meditation what so ever me. all i was doing was senselessly panicing over it over and over. well i can only picture my self doing it at this stage. no i can even get my self to do thumb on finger but i use a good though so i dont cause havoc on my body. just not worth it starting a rant. . like im deactivating something. still dont do the task.
