The $999 Premium Program adds Agent Support. Zeke Real Estate is there during offer presentations. Zeke Real Estate will assist in "getting it to closing", by coordinating with the lender, the inspectors, surveyors, and other third-parties involved in the transaction. Zeke Real Estate will sit with the Seller at the Closing Table.
For Buyers, Zeke Real Estate offers a Serious Closing Gift - typically a $500 to $1000 Gift Certificate to the store of choice.
