The journey of another Transman. My wife became pregnant when I was 3 months on T, so I was transitioning while my wife was transitioning and while my child was transitioning. We all continue to transition through our sacred and amazing life together, day by day. Life is a beautiful and crazy journey.

I also talk about having congenital spinal stenosis, lumbosacral degenerative disk disease, spine surgery, spinal fusion, chronic lower back pain, lumbosacral nerve root damage resulting in nerve pain and muscle weakness in both legs, and hopeful relief and improved quality of life from spinal cord stimulation (a form of neuromodulation).

I am a Reform Jew. I feel that choosing Judaism and choosing to transition are quite similar in that in both cases I am affirming the person I was meant to be when my nefesh (soul) found its way into a human body.
