I believe in Zen, i believe in inner peace and the power comes from within. I don't sit in the Zen posture for hours though lol. I can do a few parkour moves such as monkey vault, speed vault, thief vault, tic tac and my favourite vault is the lazy vault but I don't like the word lazy. I want to try gate vault, turn vault and palm spin. I want to try dash vault, kash vault, pop vault and kong vault, but there isn't much here where I live, I live in a village so all I got is a park and trees lol. I am an active person always want to do something. I would love to learn parkour. I may sound good but I'm not as good as you think. I am a shy person but when it comes to sports my mind doesn't care. I do 400 press ups a week and 80 sit ups a week, 120 crunches a week, I do stretches and, pull ups, and extra stuff aswell. I do 2 hours of badminton a week in one night.
