It is Danse des Fee from Shakugan no Shana (blazing eyed shana)
It has a koto, harp and a 'piano' with some tingly effect in it. It kinda sounds more like a music box.
The .mid sounds a bit odd in some spots though. Ask me for the musescore version if you want.

No more macintosh. Means no more uploading for a while [meaning unknown time, not short time.] I'm back to the windows with 5 buttons missing: ctrl (my wallwalk key), shift (walk/run), function (adding pathbots for my private server), W (a MAJOR key for running forward), "," (The comma, my build-repeater bind). I use build binds, walk and crouch buttons A LOT so i had to relocate them to a different key. The comma isn't actually broken-broken but it is half-broken. It will take me a while to get back to my level unless i get an external keyboard + monitor (so i can use the laptop as a 'desktop' otherwise it will be uncomfortable to use)
