How is that public incitement to hatred? All it says is Spenny is a Jew - which is pretty much true. It's like me getting in someone's face and growling at them "YOUUUU'VE GOT A PET CAT NAMED PERCY". Assuming of course they actually do have a cat which they called Percy.
