Even if that were the case, what you're doing isn't exercise, if you are as damaged and unfit as you say you are you should be using extremely light weights with good form, hanging from monkey bars doesn't stimulate the body in any way that would promote muscle growth or burn fat.

Well, these monitors are only about $1400 nowadays, and if you're gonna spend a shit load on your gaming / work station, why not go overboard on the thing you're gonna be looking at 100% at the time, as apposed to spending $1000 on a video card you'll hardly use, the way I see it ^^

It's still very much up to date and kicking ass though, OC'ed i7, 6 gig of fast ddr3, only thing that is ageing is the 4870X2 but it's still a powerhouse, and you can bet that 2GB of VRAM is being put to use at that resolution
