Literally means 'a toast to your good HEALTH and WEALTH'

ZUMWOHL is inspired by and based on a traditional German shot drink. it is crystal clear and colourless with a consistency similar to Italian Grappa or Vodka.
ZUMWOHL has three fresh tastes Natural, Plum and Feijoa. ZUMWOHL is distilled to a premium 37.2% alcohol by volume. Each 750ml bottle contains 22 standard drinks. ZUMWOHL can be drunk neat, as a shot, in a cocktail or as a chaser to your favorite beer.

Company Founder Ulf Führer, a German born New Zealander is your average kiwi bloke now. he left Germany with his family when he was only two years old, they arrived in wellington with no more than a suit case full of pots and baking tins in 1974.

On returning to Germany after a 20 year absence Ulf became partial to the traditional drink of the Fatherland, which was unfortunate because it was impossible to get in good old aotearoa, which resulted in him needing to revert to mail ordering his favorite drink directly from Germany. Convinced that New Zealand was ready to be properly introduced to what Europe has known and loved for centuries, Ulf set out with his kiwi attitude and a good length of number 8 wire, to create his own traditional German shot, produced with the quality of its traditional home and the attitude of his adopted country. After teaming up with the original producer of 42Below, Aotearoa Distillers Limited and ZUMWOHL is born.
