They on't speed it up, thats how fast he actually raps. Have you ever seen him in person? It's just as fast. Even when he talks, he ends up talking fast sometimes. Thats part of the reason why his stage name is Tech n9ne, after the gun the Tec-9. The Tec-9 shoots fast, and he raps fast.
