ZRE first became interested in the rap scene at around the age of 9 years old when she heard her brother listening to Eminems album, she started to get really into rap and at 13 thought she would have a go at trying to write her own rap. After that she came across a rap forum on the internet where she began text battleing other mc's from the forum, she didnt find this quite as good and as fun as she thought it would have been so she began writing little songs instead but as she was young she didnt keep constantly to it and drifted from it slightly for a couple of years, untill in April/May 2005 at aged 15 she got herself just a cheap microphone and wrote and recorded her first proper tune, and from then she would record new songs weekly just trying to get better with every one that she did. She began to take music more seriously at 16 and since then has featured on the 'Undadawgz Presents..' album (Various artists from the Nottingham area) with her tune 'Not Ur Average' and is now currently working on her first mixtape 'Young N Gifted' and is now getting herself some shows/gigs.
