I'm sorry but you should just get a bigger bathing suit. You don't look bad. You look great for a 20 something. But if you want to tone up I understand, it's your body. I would just get a trainer to let me know what to do so you can keep it healthy.

This is the only true version. I never liked Tamia's version. I fell in love with Mica Paris and played that tape to death when I was in college.
