Hey man your a really positive fellow and I am in a crisis where I have a fear of using eye contact, and I know that you said to boost your confidence is by facing your fears but for some reason i just have a fear with eye contact because if i look to long at the person, I really feel like a creeper, but if i look at them for a second i always turn away and look at someone else, it seems that I dont care of what they have to say.
pls help me
and one more thing , I really need help to not be afraid of starting random conversations like you. Can you please give me some tips that I can use to start a friendly warm conversation. Thank you
