You recorded with xfire? yeah man xfire is great.

But my xfire wont detect cabal for some reason, i even tryed to manual detect and still didnt work, any idea?

Whats your take on SS or starting strengh routine?

Its pretty much a worshipped routine and involved only 4 excercises

bench press, squat , dead lift

and its a 3 day split and you add 5 pounds of weight every workout

and you do 3 sets of 5 repts bench/squat

1 set of dead lift 5 reps
