Hi Bizziboy, thank you for the comment, I think that a lot of canadian children are suffering right now just like we suffered, and I am glad that you are fighting for them, just like me.

I know what you mean... if I was not in a grouphome or was not willing to stay in one I was in jail.. or "secure" treatment...

We are all aware here in Canada of this child "protection" industry.
In our province (Quebec), it is known as being the harshest in the country.
The big problem is that children taken away from their homes, in very questionnable circumstances a lot of the times, are sent into juvenile detention facilities for criminal offenders. There they are mixed with drug dealers, thieves, murderers, and common criminals, and punished every day for a crime they never commited. It is estimated that less than 10% of the youth in these facilities have been found guilty of any crime. I`m one of these youth that was sent there and spent three years in one of those facilities.

I know of MANY people in Canada who are dealing with CAS/DCFS/CPS...
Yes: they are as dirty there as they are here, if not worse.
