Classic Roots (born as Joshua DePerry on December 8th, 1988) is an up and coming Hip-Hop producer/artist currently based in Thunder Bay, Canada. Despite the efforts of creating his own flavor of hip hop, Roots began experience different styles, which he managed to learn the odds by seeking new buzz from just listening the old styles of up-beat rhythm and modern day feel. Root's style is very "open-minded" sound with an driven chopped melodies, demanding rhythms and consistency bass-lines. Although his personal favorite style of producing ranges within hardcore, uplifted, grimey and smooth-jazzy, he is willing to prove his effort to diverse between the mainstream today and the tradition's sampling/melodies from his teachings and mentors. Roots will be sure too focus his career to be well-known in the future.
