UPDATE 2/15/12: Looks like error code 20102 is dead again :). I went on without my ban bypass code and I could go on! At first, I thought it was a glitch, but when I disconnected and went on again, I connected the first time! That means 20102 must be dead again!

Why? I think the most likely reason is because Nintendo gave up on banning people since almost everyone knows how to bypass it.
