This account has been confirmed a hoax.

Over the past few months, many of you have been fooled into believing that this channel -YooTubeVideoCritic- was owned and managed by a ten year old boy (possibly mentally challenged) named Matt Williams. Matt failed to convince you that he was the one and only owner of the famous YouTube channel, "FRED."
If you figured out this was a joke, Congratulations!!!!!!!!
Well, this was just as much a social experiment as it was a joke, and believe it or not we never actually wanted people to believe this was really Fred's alt. Our goal was to try to make the biggest "Noob" in YouTube history, and see what everyone's reaction would be. The "Matt Williams" and "Todd Williams" you saw in the videos were actors - there were two editors of this channel controlling Matt and Todd's actions. Sorry if we annoyed you (which we did) but it was all part of the experiment.
To create Matt's character, we came up with ignorant and immature ideas such as Mario being real, and trying to convince others into believing we're someone we're not. The idea of the FRED impersonation originated from ignorant imitators during the peak of his popularity.
We also have nothing against autistic children. We have observed autistic children receiving unbelievably large amounts of praise for doing everyday tasks without a second thought. We thought Matt Williams should pretend to be autistic (later reveling he wasn't) to show how desperate for attention he really is, which only added to his "Noobness."
We didnt even know the meaning of the word,"Trolling" until after people began calling Matt a troll. We wanted to bring out strong emotions in others when we "Trolled" but not with common uses such as religion or politics. Instead, we wanted to use idiotic topics to bring out strong emotions, such as FRED. Not saying FRED is an idiot, but it certainly isn't worth getting upset over someone poorly imitating a popular video maker, is it? FRED has so many kiss-up fans that we knew Matt had to imitate him all while making horrible excuses for videos.
Not to get all preachy, but why did so many of you bother being jerks to a kid you thought was ten years old? You had every right to be annoyed, but come on! You certainly wouldnt have treated him that way if you were speaking to him face to face, would you? As for other accounts claiming to be alts for YooTubeVideoCritic, we had absolutely no affiliation with them whatsoever.
And for the anti-YooTubeVideoCritic users, geez, what's your deal? It was SUCH an obvious joke, but what's worse is that it only proves that you really did think the kid you were trash talking was a ten year old. Why make a thousand hate videos when the other option is to simply block us.

Well, that about sums up our story. Don't impersonate, don't hate, and don't be a jerk on YouTube. Life's too short to spend it trash talking a stupid YouTube user.
We previously had a joke/experimental account called "YouChewPoopCritic," and now a tribute account called "MattWilliamsYCPC"

Oh, and to give FRED fans closure ...
Matt Williams, the YooTubeVideoCritic, ISN'T Fred Figglehorn, nor does Matt even exist.
